My name is Kate Anderson. I studied physiotherapy at Otago University, and graduated in 2003 with credit.
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy has always been my passion and most of my time has been spent in this field. I have done post-graduate courses in manipulative therapy, Explain Pain/Graded Motor Imagery, and Dry Needling, which is all hugely beneficial to my practice. I keep up to date with the latest research in physiotherapy, and continually update my skills.
I have worked throughout NZ and I have also worked in London for over 2 years. This has given me a wide variety of experience, and I was able to liaise with other professionals, such as doctors, nurses, social workers and occupational therapists.
My approach is aimed at gaining the best outcome through analysis, manual therapy, exercise prescription and client education.
